We are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor with driving responsibilities to join our team in a Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) role. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs. Facilitate engaging and educational activities outside the classroom, utilizing various community resources. Drive students to and from different learning locations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Implement behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and progress. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records. Requirements: Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs is essential. A valid driving license and the ability to drive a minibus or similar vehicle. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to promoting the well-being and educational development of students.
