Job Purpose In our determination to further develop our service and responsiveness to local, regional, and national industry, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support opportunities for LMP learners to progress onto other LMP programmes as well as to identify workforce development opportunities within LMP's client organisations across England. This role will also support current apprentices to stay on programme for the full duration, focusing on learner retention and timely success for overall apprenticeships through intervention strategies and monitoring employer and learner attendance and progressions.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities Be the liaison between sales and operations within the LMP Education team to meet all necessary targets, which may include site visits to employer sites. Ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are accurate, and deadlines for returns are met against all KPIs. Provide weekly reporting and updates to operations and sales regarding all learners on programme that fall into a disengaged category. Conduct weekly updates with learners to support engagement and progression against overall apprenticeship programmes. Provide robust information and guidance to current LMP apprentices on their career opportunities. Set and achieve demanding performance targets and effectively manage KPIs. Identify and resolve issues for learners at risk of withdrawing from an LMP programme, along with timely intervention and escalation for all disengaged learners. Identify upsell opportunities during learner progression calls with LMP Employers. Provide consultation and guidance on all the services LMP Education offers to current clients and learners. Maintain persistence in engaging with learners and line managers. Build relationships through excellent customer service. Exhibit high-level interpersonal and communication skills applicable to a range of organisations and learners we work with at LMP Education, including a high volume of learner engagement via phone and Microsoft Teams meetings. Identify new opportunities to engage new business/sector clients. Required knowledge, skills & abilities Experience of IAG or a willingness to undertake this qualification. Experience of Employer & Learner Engagement. The ability to communicate at a professional level with external and internal employers. Ability to plan development activity. Good knowledge of the apprenticeship market and funding mechanisms. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage intervention and contingency strategies.
