Job Description: Learner Recruitment Officer (Coventry) We are seeking a proactive Learner Recruitment Officer to manage participant progression within employability and skills programmes in Coventry. You will source participants, placements, and progression opportunities, ensuring successful matches and supporting participants throughout their journey. Salary:

£25,000 to £28,000 per annum Location:

Coventry Key Responsibilities: Source eligible participants for programmes. Secure placement and progression opportunities aligned with participants’ goals. Manage a caseload, ensuring progress and sustained outcomes. Collaborate with team members and employers to enhance service delivery. Promote the programme through networking and outreach. Maintain accurate records and ensure data security compliance. Provide one-to-one and group support to participants. Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Learner Recruitment Officer in the employability or apprenticeship sector. Tenacious, enthusiastic, and adaptable with strong communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and employers. Confident, team-oriented, and committed to excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making a difference. Ability to work independently and use initiative. Driven to meet targets and contribute to programme success. Desired Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in recruitment, sales, or similar roles. Experience working with employability or apprenticeship programmes.
