The Vacancy We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team. You will love learning and helping others to learn in creative and dynamic ways. Our firm has a thriving learning culture and you’ll be a part of our progressive, award-winning and collaborative L&D team.The role will involve designing and delivering a range of soft skills and leadership programmes, delivered face to face and virtually. You will enjoy working on a variety of projects which are aligned to our firm’s strategy (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Digital, Leadership and Engagement).From time to time you will need to travel to our other office locations (London and Birmingham). About YouYou will be:Able to create climates that promote successful learning experiencesMotivated and disciplined, with a strong focus on qualityHappy working in a team with a genuine commitment to collaborationEnergetic and engaging, able to inspire and develop self-belief in othersConfident in your ability to help people learnSkilled in working with diverse groups, taking a collaborative and facilitative approach.Adept at creating engaging digital contentAble to adapt your facilitation style to the needs of learners, meeting them ‘where they are’A credible and influential communicatorAble to work with organisational complexity and think systemically about solutionsTuned into leading edge thinking and use this to create pragmatic learning solutionsMotivated to grow in your role and help others to grow in theirsYou should have:Experience of designing and delivering a range of programmesUnderstanding of how good learning can contribute to commercial successExcellent project management and technology skillsKnowledge of psychometrics and their use in development, this may include insights discovery, emotional intelligence, team models etc.Responsibilities:Design, deliver, and measure learning programmes, both face to face and virtualDeliver individual and team coaching to a high standard (once qualified)Contribute to key L&D projects to support the achievement of our strategic imperativesUtilise data to ensure we’re adopting a diverse & inclusive approach, and benchmark against best practiceStakeholder management, working closely with our Business Leaders and HRBP’s to assess relevant learningEnsure high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of L&D – including digital, face-to-face, suppliers, curated materials, etc.Qualifications:Qualified to degree level advantageous but not essentialCIPD qualified advantageous but not essentialQualified or keen to become a qualified coach
