We’re seeking a motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to become part of our expanding team. In this important role, you'll be a key member of the L&D team with ample opportunities for growth, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the overall success of the business. Requirements & Responsibilities: Providing daily support to the Trainer Setting up the training facility in advance of training events Managing, distributing, and processing uniform, plant, and tooling orders Coordinating with the Trainer to track and update daily attendance Creating and distributing identification cards Supplying induction documentation and reporting concerns to Senior Management Overseeing internal and external Learner Management Systems Essential Knowledge: A minimum of level 2 A-C at GCSE in English and Maths. Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and company specific Learner Management Systems. Excellent communication skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to work within a team. Be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks.
