Learning and Development Business Partner

The Vacancy We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our award winning team. This role will see you contribute to strategic learning initiatives through the design and delivery of learning interventions. You’ll have the autonomy to work with inspiring leaders across our business and be part of a creative and progressive Learning & Development team. We are looking for someone who is able to understand our growing business and the challenges they have, in order to be able to design and offer the right learning and development support.What will your role look like?Partners with business leaders to understand their plans and challengesDelivers key elements of the learning and development strategy, including leading on a variety of different projectsDesigns, delivers and evaluates learning programmes, both in person and virtuallyDelivers individual and team coachingBuilds relationships and networks across the firm so that learning is seen as accessible and inclusive for allKeeps up to date with leading-edge people ideas and practices by tapping into thought leaders/scholars in learning, psychology and human resourcesKnowledge & SkillsExperienced L&D professional; passionate about learning and growth for self, others and the firmTrack record of delivering learning and development interventions (virtual and in person)Qualified coach and experienced team facilitatorExperience of using psychometrics to help build awareness (with individuals and groups)Keeps abreast of developments in psychology, leadership, digital learningUnderstanding and application of key people development frameworks and methodologiesIf you enjoy the following, we think you’ll love this opportunity:Ability to manage projects and prioritise effectively across competing demands and stakeholdersApplies emotional intelligence in work across the firmDemonstrates care for colleaguesAbility to think broadly yet provide targeted and innovative learning solutions
