Job Profile Vista’s team of 4,000 aviation and technology experts represent more than 60 nationalities, working across 6 operations hubs and 20 offices worldwide. Reporting to the Talent Director and in collaboration with the rest of the Learning and Development team, you will be involved in shaping Vista’s learning and training initiatives across the globe, with a particular focus on global new joiner onboarding/orientation program, early careers programs, and skills and talent development programs. All programs will need to meet the diverse needs of a global 24/7 operation. This hands-on role will involve the sourcing, creation and delivering of learning programs and content. Your Responsibilities: Collaborating on the development and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with Vista’s goals and objectives. Collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external training providers and industry experts to enhance the quality of training programs. Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs and workshops for employees at all levels. Utilizing various instructional design methodologies and tools to create impactful learning experiences. Ensuring that training programs are up-to-date, relevant, and incorporate the latest industry trends and best practices. Leveraging technology and e-learning platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content. Staying abreast of emerging trends and advancements in learning technologies, incorporating them into the training strategies where applicable. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators. Continuously analyzing training metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals. Identifying areas for improvement in the training process and implement enhancements to optimize the learning experience. Fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization, encouraging employees to pursue professional development opportunities. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Experience in a corporate Learning environment designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that are aligned with company strategies and role-level learning needs. Experience developing new joiner onboarding, skills and talent development programs. Advanced communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English (written and spoken), and able to articulate in a clearly understandable way. Experience working with, and developing content for, learning management systems. Experience working with Cornerstone will be considered an advantage. Confident in handling data and using it to support better decision making. Strategic thinker that can articulate ideas in a clear and commercial way. Ability to work in a demanding, changing, fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
