The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the deployment of the Group Learning and Development team’s strategic direction. Partnering closely with L&D colleagues globally, the L&D Coordinator will leverage the tools available to them to deliver meaningful and impactful learning interventions and solutions that meet the needs of their customers (RI Employees, Regional/Country Learning Leads). Tasks: Supporting the Digital Learning Team Leader in deploying the strategic direction for digital learning at RI. Consult across the Rentokil Initial group for all learning needs and communicate with stakeholders to identify proposed solutions to meet the capability needs of our colleagues. Work with senior stakeholders from around the organisation to align our businesses to our L&D strategy. Create and distribute global training content across multiple businesses/languages and develop projects in the areas of eLearning and new technologies to improve the provision for teaching, learning, and assessment continually. Advise best practice L&D to managers across the organisation and collaborate on the creation of learning pathways and plans for colleague development. Support the design, deployment, and configuration of the customisable U+ learning environment. Work closely with stakeholders to produce monthly and annual training reports as required in order to demonstrate impact and ensure regulatory compliance. Produce high-impact communication in order to maximise the impact of learning interventions across the global organisation. Facilitate training workshops for employees and stakeholders to support their personal development and organisational objectives. Engage with external stakeholders/suppliers to ensure learning services offer maximum value to our customers. Maintain high levels of data quality and conduct regular data cleanses. Serve as one of the main points of contact for countries seeking digital learning support and ad hoc L&D support. Minimum Requirements: An understanding of Learning and Development principles. Experience in managing and leading projects. Experience in analysing data and using it to make informed decisions. Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
