Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager and experience delivering training in a similar setting Comfortable with designing and delivering various training methods including e-learning Strong understanding of learning methodologies and learning principles Familiarity with PACE and PRICE training Knowledge of safeguarding regulations and best practices Experience in designing and delivering managerial training programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives Drive initiatives that support the continuous improvement of employee skills and competencies Design and deliver training including but not limited to: PRICE, PACE, Safeguarding, First Aid, self-injury, trauma, and attachment Design and facilitate leadership and management training to support our leaders in their development Conduct training needs analysis - working with our managers and internal teams to assess gaps and tailor learning programmes and specific requirements Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance training delivery Utilise existing e-learning platforms and other digital tools to optimise the learning experience Benefits:
