Resourcery Group is thrilled to support a Liverpool-based non-profit organisation in their search for an exceptional Learning and Development Business Partner to join their HR team. This pivotal role will drive the Learning and Development function across a complex organisation. In line with the company's significant growth over the last five years, the People Strategy is critical in ensuring long-term success. As the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will have the following responsibilities: Develop and implement a colleague-focused and commercially-minded Group Learning and Development strategy. Provide expert advice and support on learning and development to senior leaders. Ensure that the business has the necessary skills and capabilities to deliver the corporate plan and provide a "best-in-class" service in all training areas. Design and oversee the Group's annual training plans. Oversee the apprenticeship programme. Be responsible for the learning and development budget, ensuring it is managed and tracked accurately and reported regularly to the Senior Leadership Team. Continuously seek to improve content and evaluate its impact, ensuring our learning tools meet both colleague and business needs. The successful candidate will have the following: CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred but not essential) or demonstrable experience in this function. Evidence of and commitment to continual professional, leadership, and personal development. Strong leadership skills. Proven track record in supporting and working with Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team to drive change. Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity in the workplace and in the delivery of services to customers. High levels of IT literacy and an understanding of new ways of working. What is on offer? 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Buy and Sell options) Travel to sites (expensed) City Centre Head Office location - Ideally mostly office based but with flexibility around some hybrid working.
