NMF offers a range of bespoke alternative and further education provision for people aged 14-16, 16-19, and 19+. Many learners show low attainment and engagement due to various barriers, and NMF chooses to work with these individuals to help them find their direction and develop their strengths. NMF facilitates those who achieved few or no qualifications at school to discover their unique strengths and abilities. Key responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, support, assess, and improve colleagues' delivery. Help ensure all targets are hit and that accelerated and active learning is delivered effectively. Oversee a cohort of mixed EHCP 16+ and Alternative Provision learners. Ensure curricula are custom-built to meet individual learner needs. Ensure internal and external quality standards are met. Complete EHCP and other learner reports. Liaise with local authority case workers to improve and refine the offers as needed. Develop new learning offers as necessary. Deliver approximately 50% of direct learning and 50% management/supervision/IQA. This is a full-time, permanent role based at Waterbeach. Qualifications: Teaching qualification minimum level 3 is desirable but not essential. Safeguarding level 4 also desirable but can be acquired. Construction and/or Construction Teaching experience preferred but not essential. Salary:

£30-40+K full-time or pro-rata part-time You will have: Excellent communication, active listening, facilitation, empathy, and coaching skills. Empathy and understanding for colleagues and young people. The desire to help learners achieve their life and work goals. Professionalism with safeguarding as a priority. A good understanding of social issues and a willingness to develop colleagues. A car for travel to different venues during the working day (mileage expenses paid). Job Type:
