In this newly created role, you would support the Learning and Development Manager in the delivery of initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This will include designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the College’s strategic goals, promoting skill development, and supporting professional growth across departments. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, ensuring they meet the diverse learning needs of employees Working with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions Developing e-learning materials, instructional resources, and facilitating workshops/sessions Co-ordinating the annual calendar of training events and initiatives for staff Maintaining accurate records on the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking participation, progress, and completion rates We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a learning and development or training role Experience in creating and delivering e-learning content Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes To apply please visit: Closing date: 12 th
