To further progress our mission, we are seeking an individual to join our dynamic Employee Experience and Services team in the following position: Reporting to the Learning & Development Operations Lead, The Learning & Development Operations Specialist works closely with learning and development managers and business partners across the globe to support learning at CSL. Responsibilities:

Support, monitor and evaluate training activities in various learning platforms, including Workday Learning and SuccessFactors. Create and launch training curricula for global and local Talent Development programs. Prepare learning materials (e.g., communicate pre-work requirements, prepare course materials, book appropriate training locations and schedule additional support resources as needed). Provide training producer support. Utilize MS Teams breakout rooms, monitor chat, address technical issues, and provide general support for facilitators during live and virtual training sessions. Creating purchase orders and processing invoices in online/electronic systems. Run reports and analyze data to provide insights to learning and development partners to advance learning opportunities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various LMS/LXP systems. May work as part of global project teams to support the further implementation and enhancement of user interfaces, learning tools and systems, document management, workflows, and process improvements. Interface with multiple functional groups and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum content and methods meet legal, regulatory, and corporate objectives. Participate in the development and implementation of classroom, web-based and other media training programs. Collaborate on training material integration into the LMS/LXP. Administer system security to ensure integrity of LMS/LXP. Assist in the assessment, upgrade, and deployment of change initiatives to support improved functionality and efficiencies of learning systems and platforms. Creates and maintains positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members. Quickly engage and resolve problems to drive positive employee experiences. Manages user data to ensure accuracy and integrity of user database. Adheres to all global data maintenance requirements. Utilizes critical thinking skills to problem solve and identify innovative, employee centric solutions. Work within a global team spanning EMEA, APAC and Americas geographies. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience. Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a learning administration role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the enterprise. Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, determine risks and be proactive in identifying solutions to prevent future issues. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with short deadlines, frequent pivots, and shifting priorities in support of evolving objectives. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with a constant focus on ensuring a positive Employee Experience. Maintain a professional demeanor and manage confidential information with discretion. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc. Comfort using graphics and statistical programs, and use of electronic quality and operational systems. Open to learning about innovative technologies and leveraging for enhancing outcomes. Working Conditions (physical & mental requirements)

Understands complex problems to collaborate and explore alternative solutions. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside immediate work unit. Ability to follow written and verbal directions in exact detail required. Approximately 80% of time spent sitting to complete job duties. Occasional overnight travel may be required (
