Partnering with the Head of Learning and Development, your role will focus on helping to identify the skills Fastmarkets needs now and in the future. You'll help to design and deliver flexible learning solutions (both digital and in-person) to meet our team's diverse needs. Your Key Responsibilities: Identify a tool to help identify and assess the skills and training needs across Fastmarkets. Help design and roll out mandatory and core skills e-learning courses. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS). Track training data, and maintain the Learning & Development (L&D) dashboard. Coordinate training logistics, from booking venues to working with external providers. Play a role in designing and overseeing onboarding programmes for new hires. Support key learning programs like management development and leadership workshops. Co-facilitate workshops, including Values training and team events. Work closely with managers and Heads of HR to support Personal Development Plans. Assist in developing competency frameworks for functions. Support succession planning and talent mapping efforts. Create blended learning solutions, incorporating technical, behavioural, and wellbeing training, using digital tools for innovation. Oversee the UK Apprenticeship scheme, including using the levy fund for learning initiatives, and research other learning support in the global countries in which we operate. Promote a culture of continuous professional development (CPD). Support and monitor individual coaching programs with both internal and external coaches. Evaluate training effectiveness to keep our learning offerings relevant and impactful and proactively identify interventions or changes needed. Keep the L&D intranet pages up to date. Handle any ad hoc training-related tasks as needed. What We're Looking For: A passion for learning and helping others grow. Solid experience in Learning & Development, including LMS administration and e-learning design. Ideally you will be familiar with Articulate 360 design software. Experience in conducting training needs analyses. Tech-savvy with strong skills in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis. Experience using data to drive learning solutions and to tell a story. Great communication and presentation skills. Proactive and confident, able to tackle issues as they come up. High energy, drive, and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
