Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a passion for driving employee growth and organisational success? If so, Iconic Resourcing have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Specialist to join our client on a fixed-term contract (12-18 months) to help shape the future of their workforce.

As the L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing learning strategies that align with the company’s next phase of growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support technical and developmental training, manage budgets, and ensure that our training efforts are effective and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing or Engineering experience.
  • Experience in rolling out L&D strategies.
  • Proficiency in competency frameworks, leadership development and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organisation.

This is a fairly unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a business, where your expertise will directly impact the next phase of their journey. If you're ready to take on a new role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

To apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Shelley Smith at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details. At Iconic Resourcing, we understand that not all candidates will meet every single desired qualification or skill for the job positions posted on behalf of our clients.
