Training Business Partner
- Fintech - 6 months contract - INSIDE IR35 - Hybrid/London This role involves the delivery of training and supporting the current Training Business Partner with activities across the Compliance first and second line teams. We’re looking for a Training Specialist experienced in Compliance who can lead and conduct training sessions. An experienced financial crime professional, ideally from a Compliance Operations background, who is adept at executing a broad range of training materials to drive engagement and knowledge transfer. Strong influencer with a background in executing training proven to improve Compliance knowledge transfer and Merchant experience. Master of creating solid, engaging training materials, explaining the most complicated things in the simplest way, with an open, adaptive working style and excellent presentation skills.
