Learning and Development Specialist

to design and deliver our core curriculum in our Southampton based Head Office. Learning and Development Specialist, the role:

Creating a training strategy in line with business needs and areas of development. Lead global learning operations projects as well as local learning and development projects. Work with stakeholders to understand training needs within the business. Designing and delivering new learning solutions. Provide ongoing analysis of training uptake. Collate training data and communicate your findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. Support on projects across the wider HR team when required. Learning and Development Specialist, the person:

Previous experience in a people management role. CIPD Level 5. Ability to present and facilitate training deliverables. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Works well in a team as well as independently. Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to prioritise workload. Learning and Development Specialist, the benefits:
