The role: The Learning and Leadership Development Director will lead the creation and delivery of a global learning strategy that empowers employees at all levels to achieve their potential while driving organisational performance. This role focuses on designing scalable programs for technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership development, ensuring alignment with business goals and adaptability to diverse cultural and regulatory needs. As a key partner to senior leaders, you will shape initiatives that build organisational capability, foster a culture of continuous learning, and develop future leaders across the business. In this role, you will: Develop and implement our learning and leadership development strategy , ensuring alignment with organisational goals and focusing on technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership skills. Conduct learning needs analysis , working across the organisation to refine and align on priority organisational capabilities and leadership behaviours. Design and deliver tailored leadership development programs , supporting first-time leaders through to senior and executive levels. Create globally scalable learning solutions , ensuring they address critical business needs while adapting to local cultural and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders , ensuring their input shapes our initiatives, securing their buy-in, and effectively managing expectations throughout the program lifecycle. Evaluate and manage external providers

to deliver specialist programs that add value to our organisational objectives. Measure and continuously improve program effectiveness , using data-driven KPIs to enhance outcomes for the business and individual growth. Oversee program budgets and our learning management system , ensuring cost-effective, seamless delivery and accurate training records. Lead and develop a high-performing team , driving a culture of continuous learning and organisational capability. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Strategic Leadership : experience in creating and executing learning and leadership development strategies that align with organisational goals across a large industrial or manufacturing environment (or similar). Global Program Expertise : delivering scalable, adaptable solutions for diverse, international teams. Stakeholder and Vendor Management : ability to influence senior leaders, shape impactful initiatives, and oversee external providers. Data-Driven Decision Making : expertise in measuring program effectiveness and driving improvements through actionable insights. Operational Excellence : experience managing Learning Management System platforms, budgets, and efficient program delivery. Leadership and Culture Building : experience in developing high-performing teams and embedding a culture of continuous learning. Why This Role?
