Job Ref No. ECC2662-277 Position Type: Teaching/Child Support Pay Range: Thurrock Band B Point 6 Position Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Full-time Contract Term: Permanent Application Close: 10/02/2025 Midday Date of Interviews: 11/02/2025 Learning Coach for SEN Resource Provision (Dilkes PLC) Band B/C Point 6 in the range 6-14 : FTE £25,716 - £27,410 Actual £21,648 to £23,074 36.25 hours per week term time only We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient staff member to join our team for this physically demanding role supporting and coaching primary aged pupils who present with challenging behaviour. The ability to build rapport with pupils exhibiting extremely challenging behaviour is essential. Working as part of a specialist team within a main school setting, the successful candidate will be given full training and support. Dilkes Academy is an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2023).
