Location: Kingston Position: Full-Time Learning Coach Start Date: As Soon As Possible/January 2025 Are you passionate about empowering young learners to reach their full potential? Join our dynamic team at a mainstream college in Kingston as a dedicated Learning Coach! This pivotal role involves providing tailored support to students aged 16-18, helping them thrive academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Offer personalized, one-on-one support to students, with a focus on those retaking their Maths and English GCSE exams. Help students develop effective study skills and strategies to improve academic outcomes. Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that promotes engagement and confidence. Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student success. Requirements: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for education and a dedication to helping students achieve their goals.
