Coordinate with venue planners, casual workforce, and cross-functional teams, including finance, to ensure all logistical and operational aspects of learning delivery are aligned and executed smoothly. Provide direct line management to regional leads, offering guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they deliver high-quality learning experiences. Coordinate the allocation and development of regional coordinator allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing and expertise to deliver impactful learning programs across locations. Monitor the consistency of learning delivery across regions, ensuring all programs meet pedagogical objectives. Work closely with regional stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure learning programs are well-coordinated and aligned with organizational and learner needs. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to regional leads and teams, enhancing individual and team performance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the regional teams, seeking innovative solutions to improve learning processes. Identify potential risks to the learning experience and proactively implement solutions. Execute additional tasks as required to meet FA Group's changing priorities.
