With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Learning Designer who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences at scale to join our learning support team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Designer will: Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities; Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets; Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards; Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid, and long-term assessment design work; Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning. Professional Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study; 5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider; Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly; Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail; Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology; An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent.
