Learning & Development Administrator

to join their

HR

team. You will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of the Learning & Development activities. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. Located in Farnham / Basingstoke; full driving licence is required. Candidate Requirements: A University degree with a 2:1 or equivalent. A-levels at grades A, B, B and above (or equivalent). Analytical problem solver with a proactive can-do attitude and ability to effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks. Proficient in MS Office/ 365 applications, specifically Excel, and able to pick up new IT software very quickly. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or Digital Learning Tools. An interest in progressing a career within Learning and Development. Emotionally intelligent with a real desire to contribute to the training and development of employees. Motivated by and interested in learning, inclusivity, and behavioural psychology. Full UK Driving License.
