Learning and Development – HR Advisor Salary: £28,000 – £30,000Hybrid working Birmingham Bell Cornwall Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this dynamic Learning & Development Advisor role at a progressive law firm in the bustling heart of Birmingham. The essence of this role is training delivery, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, administration, sourcing and aforementioned delivery of L&D activities within the firm, along with ensuring the development and maintenance of L&D systems and processes, and being the central point of contact for all L&D related requests, supporting the HR Director and team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm.Key duties:Relationship management of L&D providersCoordinating internal professional development programmes, such as leadership developmentIdentifying different learning activities to support training requirements of firmDesigning and delivering internal and external training courses, with a particular focus on IT systemsOverseeing and delivering the induction process for new joinersCollate feedback and evaluate training programmesManaging professional subscriptionsKey criteria:Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environmentProven ability to design and deliver internal trainingStrong and engaging training delivery/presentation skillsExperience of producing training videosExperience of delivering induction programmesSkilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office – in particular it would be advantageous to have experience in Tikit, DocuSign and BundledocsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the businessAble to work well to deadlines and balance competing prioritiesUnderstanding of GDPR and its impact on the Learning & Development processIf you have previous HR experience in a similar role and think you’d be a good fit for this Learning & Development role, we’d love to hear from you.
