up to £35,000 reflecting your experience and specialist knowledge, enhanced by a generous car allowance (or company car option). Annual leave -

About you You’ll have proven experience in developing and implementing training programmes, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles. You’ll have knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector, including FCA regulations. You’ll be skilled in managing relationships with senior management and operational teams. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic learning projects. You’ll be a creative thinker, able to adapt training programmes to meet evolving business needs. You’ll develop and implement training programmes, including inductions, system/process training, and soft skills workshops.
