We are seeking a Physiotherapist for our CraigCare Ascot Waters Home on a
Part Time basis . We would prefer someone to work two to three days a week. About the Role The role will deliver person-centred physiotherapy based on the individual needs of our residents to enhance their quality of life. This will be achieved by using best practice methods and building positive relationships with our diverse cohort of residents. What Will You Do Plan, implement and evaluate the physio and mobility program according to residents' needs and preferences. Material, financial and human resource management within an established program budget. Professional care practice related to the physio program such as assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation. Contribute to effective communication systems for residents/representatives. Plan, implement and evaluate individual resident assessments on admission and at regular intervals thereafter. Attend and contribute to clinical meetings. Maintain a high level of awareness regarding the requirements of Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Funding Instrument and contribute to associated reporting requirements. Essential Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist. Right to Work in Australia. NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain.
