What you'll be doing: As a Learning & Development Delivery Consultant you will play a crucial role in partnering with Operations leaders to identify and address learning needs. You will design and deliver effective learning solutions that enhance skills, knowledge and performance and help deliver on organisational strategy. Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, teams and colleagues across People’s Partnership to understand their learning needs and challenges. Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions, including workshops, webinars, e-learning modules and blended learning programmes. Support Adult Learning Theories and encourage self-led learning. Ensure content is accessible (aligned with standards), engaging and aligned with business standards and objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and make recommendations for improvement. Continuously seek and welcome feedback and opportunities to improve learning design and delivery. What we’re looking for: Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and other digital creation platforms. Preferably Articulate. Experience in developing engaging and interactive learning content. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
