Job Description:
Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes, and internal development programmes. Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirements, and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams. Assessing suppliers/providers for quality of materials, delivery, and cost effectiveness. Reviewing and updating all learning and development material. Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Degree qualified professional in a relevant subject (or equivalent). CIPD qualification. Experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector (desirable).
