Learning & Development Manager Job Description:
Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes and internal development programmes Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirement and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams Assessing suppliers/provides quality of materials, delivery and cost effectiveness Reviewing and updating all learning and development material Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.Learning & Development Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Degree qualified professional in relevant subject (Or equivalent) CIPD qualification Experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector (Desirable)Company Benefits:
