We have an exciting opportunity as a Learning and Development Officer to join a growing education and research department (covering maternity up to 12 months). You will manage 2 reports, coordinate training and development opportunities, manage induction programmes for all staff, volunteers, and external learners. You will also develop our digital resource platform, continuously promoting learning opportunities here at Keech Hospice. What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage training and induction programmes for staff and volunteers Support the identification and application for training funding opportunities Oversee the mandatory training programme and ensure compliance reporting Work with department heads to address learning and development needs Manage the Apprenticeship programme and liaise with external training providers Maintain and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) Report quarterly on training activity and outcomes Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote learning opportunities Line management of conference and learning resource staff Work with subject matter experts What You’ll Need

Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficient using Microsoft Office and SharePoint Experience in learning and development or a similar role Strong organisational and project management skills Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Currently Allocate) Line management experience If you're passionate about driving learning and development initiatives and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
