Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify skills gaps and deliver tailored training solutions. Design and Deliver:

Create engaging, classroom-based and digital learning experiences, focusing on technical skills, soft skills, and behavioural development. Champion Innovation:

Lead the way in modern learning practices, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to shape a culture of growth. Inspire and Coach:

Mentor managers and leaders to embed learning into everyday activities, amplifying personal and organisational effectiveness. Measure Impact:

Use data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness, ensuring every initiative aligns with organisational goals. Your Attributes: You will bring: Proven experience designing and delivering dynamic training content across multiple formats. Expertise in soft skills development and technical training. Confidence in maximising LMS functionality to deliver exceptional eLearning experiences. Strong ability to coach, communicate, and influence at all levels. A forward-thinking approach to L&D trends and technologies. You will have: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The ability to learn policies and procedures quickly and efficiently. Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals. Time management, resilience, flexibility, multi-tasking, tenacity, and agility.
