What you’ll be doing Developing strong relationships with assigned departments and stakeholders to identify their learning needs and create tailored solutions to enhance key skills, knowledge, and capabilities Working with subject matter experts across the business to develop, launch and deliver bespoke ILT courses including personal effectiveness and management development topics (i.e. presentation skills, managing conflict, hiring, performance management) Supporting the continual development, engagement and retention of Graduates Identifying new opportunities to utilise the apprenticeship levy, adding value to NHBC Designing and authoring new in-house eLearning modules working with technical subject matter experts across the business The ideal candidate will have Demonstrated experience within a similar Learning and Development (L&D) Partner / Trainer role Must have a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, face-to-face and virtually Experience working as part of a team, building internal relationships, eager to build rapport, be a problem solver and coach. Previous experience designing eLearning content is desirable Supporting Graduates and Apprentice Programmes would be highly advantageous Any experience using a Learning Management System (especially Cornerstone) would be a great advantage Education and Qualifications
Existing L&D / Training related qualifications including TAP are desirable We are open to supporting the successful candidate through a level 5 L&D Consultant apprenticeship Why you should join us
