who will be the go-to expert for all things learning and development. If you’re passionate about designing end-to-end training programs, measuring success, and fostering continuous improvement, this role is for you. Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll play a

by leading initiatives that identify, deliver, and measure learning solutions. From

training needs analysis (TNA)

to ROI delivery, you’ll design innovative strategies that support the business goals while empowering employees to reach their full potential. Working closely with leadership, you’ll take ownership of programs from apprenticeships and graduate schemes to leadership development, ensuring they are modern, effective, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored L&D strategies. Design and deliver engaging training content using various methods (e-learning, workshops, blended learning, coaching). Reinvigorate and lead

early-career programs

(apprenticeships, graduates, internships) to foster future talent pipelines. Manage digital learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and a user-friendly experience. Analyse and measure the ROI of training programs to demonstrate their impact and continuously improve delivery. What We’re Looking For Proven experience designing and delivering successful

end-to-end L&D initiatives . Strong background in developing

apprenticeship and graduate programs . Ability to analyse data, report on program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement. Exceptional time management and project coordination skills. A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for growth and innovation. Bonus Skills:

Experience with
