The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development specialist to join a passionate team that is striving to shape Arup’s Learning culture and make a lasting impact on organisational development. Working with diverse audiences globally, you will support the design, development and implementation of impactful Learning solutions that empower our members to develop new skills and thrive in their roles. This role will primarily focus on supporting the growth of Arup’s members’ digital skills, as well as supporting other areas of Learning. Key Responsibilities: Support the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions focused on digital skills. Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, organise, and track Learning solutions. Collaborate with diverse, global teams to ensure effective learning delivery. Stay updated on emerging Learning technologies and trends. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail. Is this role right for you? We are looking for people who: Can demonstrate the ability to work across all aspects of the learning cycle (e.g. needs analysis, design & development, delivery, assessment & evaluation). Have advanced stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills, including experience working with geographically dispersed stakeholders. Can demonstrate project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, pay close attention to detail, and work collaboratively with others. Have experience utilising different learning methodologies and technologies – and an ability to select the most appropriate solution. Have the ability to work with external partners, including academic institutions, consultants, and facilitators. Have a recognised qualification in Adult Education / Workplace Training.
