You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well-organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team. As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well-documented processes and resources. In this role, you will: Serve as a key liaison

to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement. Resource and plan training effectively , ensuring that all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly. Create and deliver engaging training

across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions. Motivate and lead our team of trainers , fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your ability to inspire and energise others will be crucial as you work to equip our colleagues with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Hours:

35 hours per week

Shift patterns:

Within core hours of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend inline with business needs Salary:

£28-32,000 per annum dependant on experience Location:
