Conveyancing Trainer

will play a key part in our in-house Learning and Development team by working to design and implement training programmes, with the support of the wider team and a digital online learning platform. The Role: The role is ideal for an

experienced Conveyancer

who wants to transition into a learning and development role. You will support the delivery of learning programs for the

Conveyancing divisions

and help develop

digital learning content

and eLearning. You'll deliver

virtual training sessions

via MS Teams, and occasionally in-person, and create bespoke learning initiatives based on team requirements. What do we need from you? Requirements: Experience as a Conveyancer

or a Technical Specialist in the field. Interest in

learning and development ; prior experience in this area is not essential. Strong

communication skills

and the ability to manage training groups. Strong Customer Service skills and experience. A

desire to support and develop others

in their learning journey. Ability to travel within your region and beyond to deliver in-person sessions (full driving license required). Ideal Experience (although not essential): If you already have experience in

Conveyancing training , you'd have knowledge in training design, delivery, creating digital learning content, and evaluating learning programs.
