Halcyon are proud to be working closely with one of the only "Outstanding" rated care providers in the South-West region, in their search in finding a driven, passionate Care Manager, to join their flourishing team based in Gloucestershire. This specialist organisation offers outstanding care through their supported living services, helping adults with varying special needs throughout the county. Their ability to offer truly bespoke and tailored care packages makes them one of the most exciting and up-and-coming providers in South-West England.

This brand new opportunity comes at an exciting time for this organisation, as they are looking to bring on a talented individual that can be a true asset to their already thriving team and can bring their own spark and individuality to their modern care practices. Your role will be to provide direction and leadership to the service, including all aspects of the care packages provided to the individuals they care for. You will have oversight of the day-to-day operations of the service and be responsible for ensuring your staff team are consistently providing the outstanding levels of care expected.

As this role involves working closely with adults with varying needs, including mild and complex learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour, it is essential that you have experience of working in this sector previously. Experience of managing a service is a must, as you will be expected to call on your skills and knowledge from past roles and adapt these to your new portfolio of care packages while providing support to your team. This could be a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager or a Registered Manager looking to step away from a registered role but still wanting to be involved in the day-to-day running of the service.

In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of between £33,000 - £37,000, as well as a generous holiday allowance and benefits package. If this sounds like the perfect role for you and you would like to hear more, we look forward to receiving your application.
