Earn

from £40,000

We’re looking for a

Learning Disability Nurse / Service Manager

with

NMC registration

and at least three years of experience leading care teams for adults with learning disabilities or complex needs. If you’re resilient, creative, and thrive in a supportive team environment, you’re the leader we need.

Our service will operate 24/7, supporting one individual with a dedicated team of 11 staff members, including five waking night support workers.

Working hours are

40 hours

per week,

Monday – Friday

with on call duties. Flexibility is key, as some weekend work will be required to support this service as it gets established.

You will be working with a vibrant and clever person. The individual communicates their needs clearly and brings smiles to everyone around them. Despite facing complex health challenges they are full of life and love engaging with others through play, banter, and positive interactions. They adore the outdoors, water play, music, and trampolining. Their family means the world to them and routine helps them thrive. They are very eager to enjoy life to its fullest!
