Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have the confidence, communication skills, and a knack for connecting with people? We are looking for a dynamic Learning Engagement Officer to inspire and recruit learners for post-16 courses across Stoke-on-Trent! Responsibilities:

Engage with the local community to promote a range of educational opportunities. Reskill and inspire learners to join post-16 courses that can change their future. Use your excellent sales and communication skills to build relationships and guide learners. Confidently utilise ICT and social media platforms to promote courses and connect with potential learners. Work within a supportive team focused on growth, inclusivity, and positive impact. If you are confident, self-motivated, and have the drive to help learners succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Willing to consider job share. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all our employees and volunteers to share this commitment. This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
