Salary: £416.65 - £468.65 Per week dependent at payroll choice at interview

Simply Education is seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor to work with a group of students who have become disconnected with their learning. The successful Learning Mentor will have resilience and be able to model and promote high behaviour expectations. It is vital that you can communicate effectively and build rapport and common interests with the students to inspire and motivate them.
The school we are working in partnership with is a lovely purpose-built specialist provision, supporting students experiencing social, emotional and/or mental health difficulties. The school is based in High Wycombe which has excellent transport links via public transport. Additionally, the staff have created a unique learning environment which is warm and welcoming. High expectations are in place for the students' behaviour.
