is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Mentor to join our partner primary school in Coventry. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities : Support the pastoral care team in promoting positive behaviour throughout the school. Assist class teachers and support staff in providing targeted help to key children within the classroom environment. Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions aimed at improving self-esteem, managing anger, and developing social skills. Create and deliver personalised sessions designed to address specific learning goals for children with varied needs. Work with the Pastoral Care Manager to address issues related to attendance, family matters, and other areas of concern. What We Are Looking For : Previous experience in a comparable role within an educational environment. In-depth knowledge of behaviour management techniques and safeguarding procedures. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven team player with the ability to work effectively alongside others. A strong dedication to supporting the welfare and inclusion of all pupils. About the School : Based in Coventry, CV3. A warm and inclusive primary school setting.
