Pri/24/297531 Start Date: As soon as possible We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to complement the work of our staff in addressing the needs of children who require support to overcome barriers to learning. You will work together with the Senior Learning Mentor to identify pupils who would benefit from learning mentor support and discuss concerns with teachers and phase leaders. Organising a programme of activities outside the classroom that support the educational and social development of identified pupils, including play therapy. Ensuring the transition from one phase to another is smooth and that pupils receive continuity of support where appropriate. This could involve liaison with pre-school providers and secondary schools. We warmly welcome informal visits to the school. Please contact 0207 476 1284 to arrange a visit.
