The Learning Specialist will be an ambassador for leading-edge learning provision and will facilitate this through a high level of needs analysis design, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills as well as passion and commitment to learning. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective, engaging, innovative, high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions. Work with a wide range of people and contribute expertise to projects. Deliver training both virtually and face-to-face, willing to travel in the UK as required. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Recognised L&D qualification (level 3 minimum) and substantial experience of designing and delivering high-quality learner-centred people development and soft skills programmes. Qualified, certified, current, and competent in vocational areas relevant to portfolio specialisms. Strong facilitation skills for learner-centric training. Ability to engage senior-level audiences. Work seamlessly with MS Office suite and web-based learning collaboration tools. Willingness to deliver training at venues both virtually and face-to-face. Full job description available on request.
