What the role involves

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
• Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Reporting on student progress and wellbeing.
• Ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultant.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in education or care settings (desirable but not essential).
• Applicants must have a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
