85:00-100 per day CER is looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in a mainstream secondary school in Durham. A successful candidate will have worked as a teaching assistant in a school before, or have relevant experience working with children from healthcare or another sector, which they can transfer over to an education setting. The school is looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and resourceful individuals to join a dedicated and hardworking team of specialised support staff. They seek people who will enjoy being effective in supporting students with complex needs and who have an appreciation of the positive attitude required to encourage independence in their students.
