Learning Support Assistant A holistic and 'Outstanding' primary school in Ealing is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and who wants to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. Learning Support Assistant Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of students with learning difficulties or disabilities. You will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to help students achieve their full potential. Your duties will include: Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Supporting students with disabilities to access the curriculum Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as required Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources Learning Support Assistant - The School: 'Outstanding' institution that has a reputation for excellence in education. Located in Ealing, W5 Excellent transport links Learning Support Assistant - The Candidate: Have a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable university Experience with SEN/SEMH/SEND The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with learning difficulties Be committed to providing high-quality education and support to students and will be able to work effectively as part of a team. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Be organized, reliable, and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. The role starts ASAP and we are looking for someone to commit full-time and long-term for the academic year.
