Job Opportunity: LSA (SEND Advocate) (Term-Time Only) Location: Aylesbury or High Wycombe Salary: Working pay 17,136.54 plus Holiday pay 2,504.57 (FTE 23,450.00 per annum) Are you passionate about supporting students to thrive in their education? We are working on behalf of a respected Further Education college with campuses in Aylesbury and Wycombe, seeking dedicated SEND Advocates to provide essential support to learners. About the Role: As a SEND Advocate, you will: Assist students in accessing the curriculum and working effectively with tutors. Support students in achieving their qualifications and reaching their full potential. Help students develop independence and essential work-related skills. Provide 1:1 support for students with SEN or additional learning needs. Essential Qualifications: L2 English/Maths LSA/TA experience or knowledge of post 16 education SEN knowledge and experience DBS on the US or willing to obtain This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.
