Professional Development : Gain valuable experience and further develop your skills in a forward-thinking, inclusive setting. Key Responsibilities : Support students with SEN throughout the school day, ensuring their well-being and progress. Assist with

student administration , helping track and report on individual learning goals. Guide students through their day, offering tailored support to ensure a positive, focused learning experience. Behaviour management : Help foster a safe and respectful environment, supporting students with appropriate strategies. Be an advocate for the students' needs, providing a caring, supportive presence when required. What we're looking for : A

graduate

in Psychology (preferred) or another relevant subject, or someone with significant experience working with students with SEN, in schools or alternative provisions. Experience or understanding of

behaviour management

strategies. A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual, dedicated to supporting the well-being and academic development of students. Ideally, previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role. Start Date : To be confirmed, pending trial.
