Our client, a leading local Primary School in Walton-on-Thames, is a vibrant and nurturing educational community. They pride themselves on being an inclusive and forward-thinking institution, committed to providing a supportive and inspiring environment for both students and staff. Position: Learning Support Assistant Walton-on-Thames Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to primary-aged children Implement individualised learning plans in collaboration with the teaching team Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Assist with classroom activities and ensure the well-being of each child Collaborate with teachers and parents to support overall child development Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN children or as a Learning Support Assistant, especially those with additional needs, would be ideal but not essential Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide tailored support Why Join Us?
