Learning Support Assistants (LSA)

Provide tailored support to pupils with additional educational needs. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure the effective delivery of tailored learning programmes. Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Promote the personal development and independence of pupils, fostering confidence and a positive attitude towards learning. Minimum Requirements:
Prior experience working with children with
SEND . Experience in an educational setting is preferable but not essential; full training will be provided. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the pupils. Benefits:
